Treatment Services
The District of Wyoming recognizes that mental health, substance abuse treatment, and drug and alcohol testing services are essential components of an effective supervision plan. Treatment services and urine surveillance are provided in response to direct orders of the Parole Commission or the Court and may be provided directly by officers, by available community resources, by contracting for services, or by a combination thereof.
The District of Wyoming solicits and maintains several contract vendors to provide treatment and drug testing services. Currently, vendors are available to provide substance abuse treatment and testing, mental health treatment, and sex-offense specific treatment. Service availability varies from location to location, with larger population centers having more extensive treatment coverage.
The treatment services specialist is primarily responsible for acquisition and monitoring of contracted treatment providers. All questions related to vendors, treatment availability, billing, and payment, should be directed to the treatment specialist, Senior U.S. Probation Officer Kate Williamson, at (307) 232-2679.
