The federal Judiciary intends to procure treatment services for federal defendants and offenders using Blanket Purchase Agreements. Solicitations for Blanket Purchase Agreements may be issued for districts in the United States and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, District of Columbia, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.
